GENERAL TERMS

Hop On Australia reserves the right to change start dates, courses, curricula and timetables of any program at any time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a natural disaster, terror attack, epidemic or pandemic, government order, or Act of God, Hop On Australia may change the terms and conditions without notice in the interests of student and staff well-being.

The student agrees to Hop On Australia of their new address and contact details if these details change during their study at Hop On Australia.

Any photos or movie footage taken at Hop On Australia or by Hop On Australia staff will remain the property of Hop On Australia and may be used in the production of materials for promotional use.
WELFARE AND SAFETY
The applicant, by signing the application, agrees that Hop On Australia is committed to providing a safe environment for its clients; however, Hop On Australia is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, death or injury which students may suffer or cause as a result of / in connection with or during the period of attendance at any premises operated by Hop On Australia or/and at any activities organised or acknowledged by Hop On Australia. All students are responsible for their own belongings and wellbeing.
School Policy

Enrolment is minimum 4 weeks (minimum 2days a week )

Enrolment fee is $99 (As of June 2024)

Payment must be completed at least 5 days prior to the start of class
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tuition fees are not refunded for absences due to personal seasons.

We can provide a make-up class during the same week.(Talk to admin about your make-up class or online classes)

Requests for refunds must be made in writing using the Refund Request Form

The enrolment fee is non-refundable.

If written cancellation of the enrolment is received four (4) or more weeks prior to the initial course commencement –100% of tuition fees will be refunded.

If written cancellation of the enrolment is received less than four (4) weeks prior to the initial course commencement –75% of tuition fees will be refunded.

In he unlikely event of Hop On Australia being unable to provide a course for an enrolled student, all fees will be refunded in full.

Should a student become seriously ill or be required to return home due to exceptional circumstances of compassionate nature (such as death or severe illness of the immediate family) and can no longer continue their study, the student will be provided with online classes.

In the unlikely event that Hop On Australia is unable to deliver your course in full you will be offered a refund of all the course money you have paid to date. The refund will be paid to you within 2 weeks of the day on which the course ceased being provided.

In the unlikely event of Hop On Australia becoming insolvent, the Australian Government's tuition protection service (TPS) will assist students on a Student Visa to be placed in a suitable alternative course, or if this is not possible, the student may be eligible for a refund through TPS. Please refer here for more information.

There are no refunds for public holidays or absences due to illness or personal business.
